You can batch import rate items from Resource Library (RL) to create a Build-up Unit Rates/SOR build up cost prices quickly for a brand new project.

Step 1: Click Batch Import from RL.

Step 2: Then all price info is imported into the Build-up Unit Rates in the current project from RL.

Step 3:Then adjust them based on Price Analysis for them or the actual situation of your project.

Step 4:After modifying rate items, click Update RL to synchronize the modification to RL for further maintenance and analysis.

 

Note

1.For existing rate items in the Build-up Unit Rates/SOR of the current project, they will be cleared when you use this function.

2.If some rate items are checked out by other users in the Build-up Unit Rates/SOR of the current project, the function will not take effect.
